Building B7, which is part of The Park Warsaw complex, received the BREEAM International New Construction 2016 certificate at the Excellent level. This means that it was designed and built taking into account the principles of sustainable development. The developer and manager of the facility is White Star Real Estate. Ultimately, The Park Warsaw will consist of 12 A-class office buildings, with a total leasable area of 130,000 sq m. sqm.
BREEAM certification covers both construction management and the entire building management, and the certificate assesses the effectiveness in areas such as ecology, the use of solutions limiting water consumption, energy consumption or impact on environmental pollution and building management policy. The Excellent rating is awarded to facilities where 70-84% of the criteria have been met.The Park Warsaw received the highest ratings in categories related to the consumption of water, energy, and with location and communication solutions.

The company responsible for carrying out the certification is Adamas International.The Park Warsaw is distinguished by its unique architecture with lots of greenery, which creates a pedestrianized space. There is a lunch bar, grocery store, fitness club, car wash and a bilingual kindergarten on the premises of the campus. Transportation solutions, which were also assessed during the certification, support special bus lines towards PKP Rakowiec and WKD Raków stations, the bus hours of which have been adapted to the working time. The Park also has a full infrastructure for cyclists – Veturilo stations, changing rooms, showers and a parking lot.
