The Park Warsaw hosted a conference entitled “An office ready for the future – e-mobility as the new standard,” devoted to power management, charging infrastructure, and the impact of electromobility on the commercial real estate sector. The event brought together representatives of the real estate, fleet management, and new technology industries, as well as experts responsible for implementing green standards in companies.
The meeting took place at The Park Hub – a space that we have been developing from the outset as a center for cooperation and knowledge exchange between tenants, partners, and market representatives. The event provided an opportunity to discuss how the growing popularity of electric cars is affecting the standard of modern offices, the day-to-day operations of companies, and the role of owners and managers in adapting buildings to new technological and operational needs.
The discussion panels were attended by market experts and practitioners responsible for implementing electromobility strategies in their organizations. The discussions also focused on how owners and managers of office buildings can prepare their facilities for the development of electric fleets, both in technical and operational terms. For The Park Warsaw, it was another opportunity to bring together different perspectives and create a space for discussion about trends that are having a real impact on the future of the real estate market.
The event was organized by Axi Immo and the Association of Car Fleet Managers (SKFS). The event partners were: White Star Real Estate, The Park Warsaw, Arinea, Ecologic, BYD Cichy-Zasada, and Pro Progressio.
