The Park Warsaw, a Warsaw office building, has gained a new tenant. After 20 years at their previous location on Aleje Jerozolimskie, the company Fujifilm Poland sp. z o.o. has decided to change its headquarters and move to The Park Warsaw. They will occupy over 1000 square meters of space on the 1st floor of building B7.
The Japanese conglomerate Fujifilm provides cutting-edge solutions for various industries. Their technologies are used in healthcare, printing, optical devices, digital imaging, as well as printing and document digitization products. They also manufacture consumer products like cameras and binoculars. The relocation of their office to The Park Warsaw is another step for the company in furthering its development.
Considering the company’s needs, which stem from its continuous growth and the increasing role of its Polish branch in the CEE region, as well as the necessity to consolidate all businesses “under one roof” and adapt the office to a hybrid work system while ensuring increased employee comfort, we chose the place that best meets our expectations – said Paweł Augustyn, CEO CEE Region at Fujifilm.
The Fujifilm office in The Park Warsaw has been designed with a focus on modern and ergonomic workspaces. Employees will have access to advanced amenities that will enable them to work efficiently and develop their skills. The space will be equipped with the latest technologies and optimized for comfort and team collaboration.
As the owner and property manager of The Park Warsaw, we are delighted to support our tenants in achieving their business goals. The same goes for Fujifilm – we know that their office concept and needs align with our rich offering of modern amenities for employees. In the Warsaw market, we stand out for our exceptionally green spaces, creating a healthy work environment, complete with infrastructure for cyclists (Veturilo stations, changing rooms, showers, and parking), a wide range of service and gastronomy options within the complex, a gym, and additional public transportation lines. We are honored that after 20 years, Fujifilm has chosen to relocate its office to The Park Warsaw, and we look forward to a long-lasting partnership – says Bartosz Prytuła, Managing Partner at White Star Real Estate.
The opening of the new Fujifilm office in The Park Warsaw is planned for the first quarter of 2024.
