The Park Warsaw is a truly self-contained campus style office park located at Warsaw’s Włochy district. It will consist of 12 class-A office buildings with a total leasable area of 130,000 sq. m. Thus far 6 buildings have been competed constituting over 67,000 sqm of leasable area. As a result of a strong influx of new tenants on top of the increasing expansion of the existing tenants The Park Warsaw enjoys a very high level of occupancy. In April 2019 Building 6 was completed and the vertical construction of Building 7 is ongoing. Building 7 with over 12,000 sq. m. of leasable area is planned to be completed and operational in August 2020. Konica Minolta will be the first tenant in Building 7 with over 4,400 sq. m. of leasable space.
„From the very beginning we wanted The Park Warsaw to be a project in which tenants can grow their operations and businesses and this is exactly what we’ve been experiencing over the past 2 years. Together with the development of the project, companies which already have their offices here, decided to expand their operations within the Park Warsaw. This was the case with Konica Minolta. The Company’s showroom has been located at The Park Warsaw since 2017, but its primary office was in a different location. Positive experience of being part of our project, helped the tenant decide to move the company’s operations to The Park Warsaw which serves as strong evidence of the superior quality of our project. Konica is one of many tenants that decided to expand their offices within the project. 1C Entertainment, Velux, Goodyear, NCR Polska, Akzo Nobel or British American Tobacco are recent examples of the companies, which have grown their operations within The Park Warsaw. In the last couple of months, expansion space leased only by the existing tenants in our project reach over 12,000 sq. m.” – comments Bartosz Prytuła, Managing Partner in White Star Real Estate.
