has been present in The Park Warsaw complex since 2014, i.e. from the moment of renting office space for the needs of one of its departments. The contract signed in December 2021 significantly increases the space of the tenant and consolidates the office in the newly constructed ninth building. Currently, the space is being designed according to the tenant’s needs.
a contract with a long-term tenant is always a reason for great satisfaction for the entire team, and when it is related to the relocation of the company’s headquarters, as in the case of RTV EURO AGD, it is also a proof of our effectiveness and quality of relationships developed over the last 8 years. We create our projects with passion so that they meet the needs of even the most demanding tenants and ensure high comfort of work. The Park Warsaw has been present on the office map of Warsaw for nearly 10 years, but we still want to develop this project and improve its functioning. Our partners appreciate it and thanks to this we can build long-term relationships that result in further cooperation” says Bartosz Prytuła, Managing Partner at White Star Real Estate.
