In a year’s time, the first tenant will move into building 9 in The Park Warsaw – an investment carried out by White Star Real Estate at Krakowiaków Street. The contract for 80% of the available space was signed by one of the existing tenants. Comprehensive management through active asset management and focus on employee well-being is an important element of the strategy pursued by White Star Real Estate. Ultimately, The Park Warsaw will consist of 12 A-class office buildings, with a total leasable area of 130,000 sq m. sqm
From the very beginning, the authors of The Park Warsaw project wanted it to be a project where tenants could develop their business and spend time in an inspiring and friendly environment. What distinguishes the campus is the unique architecture with lots of greenery, creating a pedestrianized space. The facility management team wants the campus to be seen not only as a workplace, but also as an interesting alternative where you can spend your free time or build relationships.
„The Park Warsaw has been present on the office map of Warsaw for many years, but we still want to develop this project and improve its functioning and attractiveness for the users of the complex. Our tenants appreciate it and thanks to that we can build long-term relationships resulting in further cooperation” – said Artur Lis, Head of Asset Management, White Star Real Estate.
Recently, as part of cooperation with the GreenWay network, a Delta electric car charger has been launched in the complex, which enables the simultaneous charging of three vehicles: two with direct current (DC) and one with alternating current (AC). Employees are also very interested in special bus lines towards PKP Rakowiec and WKD Raków stations, the bus hours have been adjusted to the working hours. Of course, these are not the only solutions that White Star Real Estate has implemented as part of campus management. The Park also has a full infrastructure for cyclists – Veturilo stations, changing rooms, showers and a parking lot
“Part of our office park management strategy is to make the time spent in the complex more attractive. That is why we are planning larger events: such as concerts, celebrations of Children’s Day or field games. We want what The Park Warsaw offers to go beyond the traditional lease of office space and also to offer added value for end users” – adds Artur Lis, Head of Asset Management at White Star Real Estate.
The stage of September concerts at The Park Warsaw has already hosted Leszek Możdżer, Mela Koteluk, Wojtek Mazolewski, Ania Dąbrowska, and Sławomir Uniatowski.
Currently, work is also underway to refresh the project’s website, where news and information about attractions and planned events will be published. The construction of a committed community is also favored by a carefully selected range of additional services available at The Park Warsaw. On the campus we will find The Park Kitchen gastronomic zone, Green Caffé Nero cafe, Delikatesy Centrum grocery store, Zdroft fitness club, Autobłysk car wash and the bilingual Kids & Co kindergarten. In building 6, there is also a relaxation zone, which is equipped with pinballs and a large screen with comfortable seats. Along with the building no. 9, it is planned to launch new amenities for tenants and employees.
