Medicover is a leading international medical and diagnostic services company headquartered in Stockholm. For 30 years, the company’s operations in Poland have focused on a wide range of services – from preventative care and healthcare to wellness. Its newest facility in Warsaw – Medicover Krakowiaków Medical Center – is located in the modern B9 building in The Park Warsaw complex, opposite the Łopuszańska Shopping Center. It is the first center in the Medicover network with its own endoscopy lab, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, where procedures such as gastroscopies and colonoscopies are performed. Additionally, the facility houses 35 medical offices, a dedicated pediatric section, a collection point, as well as ultrasound, X-ray, and psychotherapy labs.
The facility offers a wide range of services, including specialist consultations in internal medicine, pediatrics, cardiology, otolaryngology, gynecology, ophthalmology, and orthopedics. The Krakowiaków Center also offers occupational and travel medicine services, and patients can benefit from diagnostic tests such as ultrasound, audiometry, spirometry, cytology, psychotherapy, and vaccinations.
“Poland is one of the largest and most promising markets in which Medicover operates – alongside Germany, Romania, India, and Ukraine. Each new facility is an investment in better access to services and expanding their scope. The Medical Center at The Park Warsaw is a prime example of this – it combines primary care physicians, specialist consultations, an endoscopy lab, MRI, and broad-based occupational medicine in one convenient location,” says Wojciech Łukasiewicz, Director of the Operations Department at Medicover in Poland.
The new facility reinforces The Park Warsaw’s character as a campus that is consistently developing towards a “city within a city.” The complex, managed by White Star Real Estate, now offers not only a café, delicatessen, fitness club, preschool and nursery, car wash, Veturilo station, and a free bus line to the Rakowiec Railway Station and Raków Commuter Railway Station, but also green relaxation zones and environmental initiatives, such as an apiary. Events that integrate the tenant community complement the complex.
“The Park Warsaw currently employs several thousand people, and the growing number of tenants means that the needs of its users are becoming increasingly diverse. That’s why it’s so important that the complex offers not only Class A offices but also real amenities for users and residents. Medicover’s presence strengthens this ecosystem and confirms that our campus is developing in line with the 15-minute city concept,” says Bartosz Prytuła, Managing Partner, Poland at White Star Real Estate.
“The Park Warsaw has been present on the Warsaw map for over a decade and continues to enjoy significant market interest.” This is confirmed by both expansions by our current tenants – such as the recently signed agreements with Goodyear Polska and Nowa Itaka – and new contracts. An example is DHL Freight, the second company from the DHL Group, which will soon join the campus community. Such transactions demonstrate The Park Warsaw’s stable, long-term development, and Medicover’s presence further strengthens its attractiveness to additional companies,” emphasizes Anna Sztolc-Dudek, Associate Director at White Star Real Estate.
The opening of the Medicover Medical Center in The Park Warsaw confirms the growing importance of services supporting well-being in office projects. Patients will be able to use the facility’s services from September 9, 2025.
